FAQ
When does it launch?
Salket is not public yet, and there is no launch date. When it launches, it will be on the App Store and Google Play.
Which countries?
Salket offers phone numbers in 100+ countries. Some countries require identity documents before we can issue a number, because local regulators require it.
How much will it cost?
Salket has solo and team plans, plus prepaid credit for calls and texts. We'll publish pricing at launch, inside the app.
Can I keep my existing number?
Not at launch. Porting your existing number into Salket is something we're planning, but it isn't available yet. You'll get a new Salket number to start with.
Does Salket support WhatsApp?
Not yet. WhatsApp is coming later. At launch, Salket has phone numbers, calls, SMS and the shared team inbox. We plan to add WhatsApp to the same inbox.
Does it work for emergency calls?
For emergency help, use your phone's regular dialler instead of Salket. Emergency calling has real limitations, described in full in our Emergency Calling notice.
